Seedance 2 provides AI media generation capabilities, including text-to-video and image-to-video workflows, plus related account and billing features. We may update or remove features at any time.

Service Disclosure

Seedance 2 is an independent platform and user interface. Unless explicitly stated, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by third-party model providers.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding credentials.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Content and Rights

• You retain ownership of your inputs and generated outputs, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
• You confirm you have all rights and permissions for submitted content.
• We may use aggregated and de-identified telemetry for security, abuse prevention, and service quality.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or infringing activity.
• Upload content without required rights or consent.
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service infrastructure.
• Circumvent limits, payment controls, or access restrictions.

Pricing, Payments, and Credits

• Pricing, quotas, and feature limits are described on the pricing page.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
• Subscription plans may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Except where required by law, paid fees and consumed credits are non-refundable.

Availability and Changes

We may suspend, throttle, or limit access for maintenance, security, policy enforcement, or capacity management. We may modify pricing and features over time.

Intellectual Property

The Service software, branding, and related materials are owned by Seedance 2 or its licensors. These Terms grant only limited usage rights needed to access the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific generation outcomes, or fitness for any particular use case.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Seedance 2 and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the Service in the six months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seedance 2 and its affiliates from claims, damages, and costs arising from your content, your use of the Service, or violations of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, legal risk, or security concerns. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that reasonably should survive termination will remain in effect.
